ChemX DrainCare Pro is a highly active liquid treatment formulated with a specialized blend of microorganisms and enzymes designed to break down organic waste. This biodegradable solution effectively digests starches, carbohydrates, cellulose, fats, grease, and oils, helping maintain clean drains while reducing odors caused by organic buildup.

Ideal for commercial, institutional, and industrial applications, DrainCare Pro supports ongoing drain maintenance, grease trap management, septic system treatment, and odor control. It is also effective for removing organic stains and odors from fabrics and carpets caused by substances such as milk, urine, vomit, blood, coffee, and wine.

The enzyme-based formula works best within a pH range of 5.9–9.0, with optimal performance around pH 7.5, and increased activity at temperatures up to 38°C. Activity may decrease at temperatures below 5°C.

Directions for Use:

Toilets & Drains:

• Use 50 mL per inch diameter of drain, twice weekly or as needed.

Grease Traps:

• Add product to the inlet side of the trap at the end of the working day.
• Use 100–400 mL per day, depending on trap size.

• Example:

  • 2’ x 2’ x 2’ trap: 100 mL per day
  • 4’ x 4’ x 4’ trap: 400 mL per day
• Grease traps heavily filled with solids should be manually cleaned before treatment.

Septic Tanks:

• Use 500 mL per week for each 1000 gallons of tank capacity.

Fabric & Carpet Stains:

• Check color fastness before use.
• Remove excess soil and apply product generously.
• Allow 10–20 minutes contact time, scrub gently, rinse with warm water, and extract excess liquid.

Wastewater Systems:

• Lagoons, aerated basins, activated sludge, trickling filters: 4–10 L per million gallons of daily flow.
• Digesters: 4–10 L per 1000 cu. ft. twice weekly.

Carcass, Slaughterhouse & Manure Pits:

• Initial dose: 4 L per 1000 gallons of capacity.
• Monthly maintenance: 1 L per 1000 gallons.
• Odor control: 150 mL per 5000 L.
