Directions for Use:

Food Contact Surface Sanitizing:

1. Wash surfaces with soap or detergent and rinse.
2. Prepare a sanitizing solution using 2 mL per litre of water to achieve 200 ppm active sanitizer.
3. Apply solution and allow 30 seconds contact time.
4. No rinse required at concentrations of 200 ppm or less.

General Disinfection (Floors, Walls, Hard Surfaces):

• Use 5 mL per litre of water.
• Allow the surface to remain wet for 10 minutes, then remove excess liquid.

Important Notes:

• Pre-clean heavily soiled areas before application.
• Completely drain product from food contact surfaces and rinse with potable water when required.
• Avoid contamination of food during application and storage.
• Prepare a fresh solution for each use.
